GRAN COLOMBIA GOLD DELIVERS MEDICALIZED AMBULANCES TO REMEDIOS AND SEGOVIA HOSPITALS, IN ADDITION TO MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND AUDIOMETRY EQUIPMENT
- Gran Colombia Gold delivered an ambulance and audiometry equipment to the San Vicente de Paul hospital in the municipality of Remedios.
- The San Juan de Dios hospital in Segovia also received an ambulance in recent days.
- More than 70,000 inhabitants benefited from these medical supplies.

Gran Colombia Gold donated a medical ambulance and renewed audiometry equipment to the San Vicente de Paul Hospital, located in the municipality of Remedios. In recent days, the San Juan de Dios Hospital in Segovia also received another vehicle of this category, in addition to new X-ray equipment from the Company. The two ambulances delivered to the northeast of Antioquia have the necessary equipment and supplies for immediate medical assistance for emergency support.

During the pandemic, the company has invested close to 10 billion pesos in the remodeling of the hospitals in the municipalities of Segovia and Remedios, the implementation of 6 Intensive Care Units in the Bolivarian University Clinic of Medellin; in addition to the delivery of biosecurity elements, masks, food and antigen tests in the region. In the same way, the company was part of the National Government's plan, Companies for Vaccination , with the purchase of 16,000 vaccines and through the Comfama compensation fund, inoculated employees, families and allies in the region.

Carlos Alberto Salazar, manager of the San Vicente de Paul Hospital, commented: “This ambulance reduces the morbidity and mortality of our users, since we had a shortage of vehicles, causing delays in referrals and, as a consequence, an increase in the severity of patients and the possibility of human losses, thanks to this donation the hospital will have more timely referrals for the benefit of patients."
