In addition, cities such as Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Cúcuta, Cartagena, Soacha, Ibagué and Bucaramanga stand out for their dynamics in the creation of companies led by women.
Furthermore, according to the study, 20% of the 310,731 companies created in 2022 had at least one woman on their staff, and 6.3% had at least one woman in management positions. These data show that women are not only entrepreneurship, but are also actively participating in business leadership.
